Felt fine charging stalking based on the limited information I know. But I am not even sure what state those videos were in(I assume Utah) I am not familiar with Utah stalking law. In Idaho it would have only been a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and 1,000 fine so maybe the prosecutors didn’t view it as worth it
