My office was already semi-casual. I could wear polos and jeans every day.
However, now I’m sitting on video calls all day in a hat and a t-shirt. I wear hoodies half the time. So do most of our clients. Nobody cares. One less thing to care about. Everybody is more comfortable.

So why do we wear business causal or suits or even polos when we go into the office? Life is pointless and the rules are made up. Time to change them.
