handling a crowded mouth? My oldest just had a consultation - he has big teeth and not much room so we either need to pull a couple teeth on top and bottom or widen his teeth out and have a hire risk of his gums receding. I hate the idea of having him lose permanent teeth - but it might be the best option.

*I'm sure this is a case by case basis for everyone, but overall is one approach better in the long run than the other?
