WCC selects 10 1st-team players and it's not broken down by position

Barcello may be borderline if it was only 5 player 1st-team, but he's a lock for a 10 player 1st-team which is what WCC does. Haarms could go either way between 1st and 2nd.

Yeah, it is weird. WCC might be only conference that does Newcomer award. Rest go with FOTY and All-Freshman teams
