POLL: Over / Under 0.5 lbs - How much a 1 month old baby can bench.
I’m sitting here with my son on my lap and wondering how much a 1 month old baby can bench (if they had control of their arms).
I’m always surprised at how strong their grips are and how they can really lock their arms when tense.
If by some miracle they became coordinated for the duration of a bench press, could they do more or less than 0.5 lbs?
