Thanks for posting. For what it’s worth, my BIL (sister’s husband) had a similar

diagnosis. He was actually misdiagnosed for 6 months with a sinus infection until he started having more serious symptoms and a different doctor had him go in for an MRI immediately. 
When they found the tumor, they went in ASAP to remove as much as they could but found it had spread (similar to Ryan's situation). They gave him less than a 10% chance to survive. 
Through chemo and radiation as well as subsequent surgeries, he survived and continues to lead a normal life today. That was nearly 30 years ago. 
So there's hope. Prayers to their family.
