My insurance costs went up this year - Regency Blue Cross/Blue shield.
The enrollment period was in July. Initially, I thought that made sense - health care providers to a big hit in 2020 with everything shutting down.

But doesn't that mean health insurance companies revenues stayed the same but their claim expenses went way down?

Or is this increase to compensate for a decreased client base due to layoffs?
