they cannot sit side by side yet in Utah County. Keeping the upper section
closed is a BYU decision. From what I have heard, they are making the actual chairs of tickets not sold, inaccessible to sit in so that everyone keeps distance. The feeling is that they could not do that with the bench seats so they are just going to block off all the bench sets.
