Agreed; my personal preferences
1. Falcons (#4)
2. Panthers (trade up from #8)
3. Jets (#2)
4. Eagles (#6 or likely trade up)
5. Texans (#2 after Watson trade)
1 and 2 are great, 3 and 4 are OK, only 5 is terrible
The Broncos or Lions trading up is also a possibility, but pretty unlikely and that's before getting into the pipe dream options whether good (49ers trading way up, Patriots trading way up, Seahawks at #2 after trading Russell Wilson) or bad (Bears trading way up, WFT trading way up)

The Jets have a ton of picks, new front office, and have a brighter future. Houston is just plain awful.
