I believe he played for Georgia Southern, and he served a mission prior to coming to BYU, so I think he was already a member. 😉 He served in Oregon, which I’m guessing is part of the reason he’s lived there for so long. One of the most friendly, driven, humble, dedicated, and insightful guys I’ve ever met. Aaron is a little quieter, but cut from the same cloth.

Funny coincidence, his family attended in the same ward building as my in-laws, and then moved to my ward here, but I’d seen him speak on the High Council when visiting Portland. Small world stuff, right there!
