Guy is early 60's, struggling to keep up in is VERY easy 50k per year job. Our VP has basically kept they guy around out of pity since he is incredibly nice. Just not very smart at all. I am sure most people know someone like him. He reads a bunch of motivational self help books but doesn't actually develop any real skills other than the ability to quote Tony Robbins at every turn.
