Haarms seems to have improved the most during the season
if he can continue that improvement trend with an entire off-season with this coaching staff, he probably has the most to gain by staying an additional year, there is a lot more room it would seem before he gets close to his ceiling, I could see him being a possible NBA guy if he can continue the improvement trend.

Barcello is playing really good basketball and has improved so much in his time at BYU, but foreign pro is where he would be playing, probably even with another year so staying does little for his pro prospects, but if he is trying to become a coach, another year with this staff might actually be more beneficial to his future career goals, regardless of whether he elects to play foreign pro or not. This staff is doing to good of a job for someone not to get a better opportunity in the future and that could be an opportunity for AB.
