Southwest has arrangements with a lab at our departure airport, we made an
appointment there 71 hours prior to our departure. Cost is $20 and same day results, but for confirmed Southwest passengers only. We'll have to make an extra trip to the airport (actually near the airport, but they call it the airport).
Here in CA we called; Walgreens, Kaiser, CVS and another approved partner, but not surprisingly none of them would guarantee results in 72 hours. If you're in Utah, on another CB thread someone said there were 24 hr. result places readily available. CA seems to have none of them, the closest I could find was in Reno, NV.
