Rather than an actor doing a take, this is a person on camera who is sitting there thinking about everything they are saying and how it is going to be interpreted. Women starve themselves on the show and before the show to get skinny. They aren’t going to wolf down a steak. The guy, likewise, isn’t going to eat a ton. They both probably eat after.
