They do correlate higher to resume—but BYUs biggest hurdle is lack of Q1 wins.
Not many good opportunities in the WCC this year especially with Gonzaga being nearly unbeatable which left @SMC the only one.
A team like Tennessee who has similar quality metrics and worse resume metrics will still be tough to pass because they have 5 Q1 wins.
