Lots of QBs train with Beck, or with other systems/gurus who have had their own big success. What works for one quarterback doesn't always work for another.

If we get too prescriptive and view it as a failure of coaching/effort/pain when any of our QBs do anything different than the way ZW did it, that's going to lead to a lot of disappointment.

As already mentioned here, JH and Baylor are already training with different folks and I'd be shocked in Conover doesn't have some camp/system he's working with
