At this point he's moved to the clear-cut consensus #2 overall pick (which is exciting) and even some talk about being the best QB (which is nice to hear, but he's clearly not going ahead of Lawrence despite any hype).

Here's the question though - with the draft two months away still, is he peaking too early? Will the pendulum swing back towards Fields (or someone else)? There's less opportunity for players' stock to change with no combine, but we're still VERY early in the process.

On the one hand, it would be awesome to see ZW go #2, but on the other hand, him dropping wouldn't be the worst thing. #2 is likely the Jets or the Texans, maybe the Panthers if they move up. But at #4 or later, some better landing spots become feasible. Falcons, increased likelihood of the Eagles, Panthers or (if he really drops further than expected) it becomes feasible for NE or SF to trade up and grab him.

I'm torn between rooting for him to go as high as possible and rooting for him to drop into a better situation.
