I think most people realize they are way better than the average guy
But there is a difference in holding your own against an nba guy and being able to go 1/20 against an nba guy.
This video shows a huge disparity in athleticism...but those guys also just sucked. They might struggle to beat a few posters on here 3 on 1.
Maybe I’m still underestimating the ability level, but I think a regular guy who keeps themself in good shape, is fairly athletic, and has some real basketball skill could get 1 shot in 20 to go in against Rudy.
