Not at the basket - but better on perimeter.
If Rudy held back in the lane you would have to add some arch on shoot 3's.
If he guarded you on the perimeter you would need to use quickness and get to the hoop and use the rim as protection on a reverse layup.
All easier said than done.
If you can't shoot 3's you would likely have no chance to score on him
