I had a tetanus shot last year. The foot is saved and all is well. Starting a round of antibiotics and will monitor swelling. Hurts like a you know what.

My doctor is awesome and has a great sense of humor. When I told her the the story she said "Well I want to say talk about stepping in a bucket of crap but that wouldn't hurt this bad". Then she said if you want I can look at the blister on the butt if you need me too but honestly that will be more just for my humor of seeing it. You're fine I'm sure.
