Trying to download pix from my wife's old iPhone6 to family PC?
When I connect the phone to the PC (a Dell using Windows 10) via a USB cord the PC does not recognize/see the iPhone. In other words, it does not show an external device connected to the computer. Not sure why.
Any ideas?
