Problem is SAP retained 80% ownership. Investing in a minority interest
kind of sucks and leaves you at the mercy of SAP. This kind of thing isn't unusual, but it is hard to get big gains when you only have access to 20% of the gains. It also means SAP can dilute the stock if it needs cash.
