Griner would not be able to see the hoop, much less make a basket. None of her tricky moves that work so well on other women would phase Cousins, because her foot speed and agility is simply not there. She also weighs 205, compared to Cousins 285. Despite the weight difference, he is significantly faster and quicker than her. She would be able to do absolutely nothing against him, and if he set his mind to it, she would not even come close to scoring.
