7 nights in Orlando over spring break. What am I missing?

Planning to spend 1 day each at Animal Kingdom, Hollywood, Magic Kingdom, and 1-2 at Universal. Am I doing it wrong? Any ideas?

EPCOT is the worst. Magic Kingdom is traditional Disney. Animal Kingdom

For me Epcot is the “food” day so many great restaurants. Teppan Edo, Le Cellier, Coral Reef, San Angel, Chefs De France
