leagues, I really like the leagues where they allow speed up runners for the pitcher and the catcher. However, LL coaches are notoriously bad at managing pitching, so kids end up getting thrown in with little warmup. So, the idea of on the bump, 3 pitches, play ball, just doesn't work.
