Given that its been said its a "Luke" level cameo, it would have to be someone the audience would know.
Strange, Magneto and Reed Richards are probably the only ones that fit that. And Strange isn't "big" enough.
Mephisto would make the most sense, but I don't think they are going with that storyline yet.
