Because I live in Utah currently, I am unable to understand the abundance of
Mexican and Tex mex restaurants in Arizona?
You do realize people don't live in the same place their entire life...right?
Are you familiar with Arizona? Have you actually been there? They have Mexican/Tex Mex type places as commonly as there are Churches in Provo/Orem.
Maybe Torchy's is good, maybe not. I am not giving an opinion on Torchy's, just on the over abundance of these types of places in Arizona. One does not need to currently reside in the Grand Canyon state to know there are a ton of these types of restaurants.
