Lol. You realize what you just described is Utah having to pay more
Money to get the same guy. This type of transaction will hold a franchise back.
Also you underestimate the want for people to be with others like them. A 25 year old doesn't want to have to take a plane flight to go clubbing and find the girls he is looking for.
Is it the only factor? Of course not. But if you have to constantly overpay for guys it is a recipe for trouble.
