It was something we never had. The religious, classy atmosphere of the WCC has a whole different feel to it. You do at least appreciate that a bit I hope.

Third, you'd prefer to be among the conference's handful of top dogs, rather than among the two or three vying to somehow find a way to compete with the perennial top dog? Maybe?

I suggest you need to put more faith in coach Pope. And maybe a bit more respect for some of the other coaches in our conference.

Fourth: I hope you actually ponied up & bought yourself an ESPN package. If you have — than you can with a straight face say you'd prefer the MW/Mountain deal to our current BYUtv/ESPN deal? You also prefer the old TV schedule versus the current one.

Okay. Sorry it doesn't work for ya, man. I really am. Personally, I couldn't have dreamed of the TV accessibility & control I have now to BYU sports — couldn't of dreamed of is ten years ago in the MW days. Some of that is certainly a matter of technology & advancement. But not all of it.
