In the past BYU has had players with the physical tools to play in the NFL. I think that player development at certain positions over the last couple of years has really improved and opened the doors for guys like Christensen and hopefully Empey, Hoge etc to make it to the NFL. Not sure what went wrong in the past, but I hope that what Grimes and Mateos had cooking will continue with the new coach.
