It is an ipsative test which introduces a host of psychometric problems
It is written like a horoscope that employs confirmation bias in sounding relevant, but there is very little scientific literature that supports it.
The Big 5 theory of personality has WAY more empirical literature to support it and so I favor the NEO-PI-R for comprehensive personality assessment. The problem is that it is very long (which is necessary for good measurement rather than convenient measurement).
