In the case of Vegas, tons of people living here rent free despite record
unemployment.
They will probably leave Vegas, and go wherever they can get a job. Some places will be hit harder than others, but there will certainly be more houses on the market and more places to rent.
Even the workers I know who got their old jobs back aren't making what they made pre-COVID.
