And some of the data is the opposite of what you would expect.

Younger generations are suffering more with WFH than older generations
Certain geographic areas of the country and world suffer far more than others (Colorado, New York and Hawaii are the worst)
Certain roles suffer far more than others (customer service, procurement and IT are thriving while sales, engineering, R&D/Analytics are not)
Only 55% of people that are WFH currently feel a sense of wellbeing
Only 64% of WFH feel they're learning
Only 56% feel connected to colleagues
Only 50% feel connected to company culture
90% feel trusted to carry out their work
82% feel informed
75% feel they can effectively focus and collaborate
73% feel WFH policies should be expanded
