Not anybody. I can’t speak to all locations nationwide, but I am fine with what they are paid in Utah and my kid is a
teacher. Plus I have kids still in school. They are paid fine. They go into it knowing the pay. Nobody springs it on them.

Good teachers are underpaid, bad teachers are overpaid. My wife has taught over 20 years in Utah and makes < $60k.
