Accommodating to each other. My whole team is respectful and hard working. I have lots of opportunities to help others and I feel like my whole team appreciates the time we work together but no one is expecting the job to be anything but a day job. It’s super stable, lots of growth opportunities, I get to work on interesting problems and I make more than I ever thought I would. I can’t imagine there are very many better jobs out there really.

But it’s also just a job and if I didn’t need it for the money, I’d do something else with my time.
