I remember when 49th Street Gonorrhea opened up. I was in HS. Such a great

place to hang out. Safe environment, etc...

It's been gone for a long time with a number of different businesses trying to make a go of it.

It's not a great location, so for a school (charter, I believe?) it's probably not bad.
