He ate at Panda Express twice a week. He thought it was delicious and told me it was a treat. The rest of the week he cooked authentic chinese food for himself.

It's kind of like eating at McDonalds in another country. The locals think they are eating American food, but in reality it tastes nothing like the McDonalds food here in the states. The restaurant is there to make money not necessarily authentic food.
