I think there are two big tipping points for me
The first is the most obvious, when he fails to save Jane when she's choking.
The second is when he had the opportunity to sell the methylamine and cash out and still have more money than he knows what to do with, but he refuses. At this point he isn't at all the man from the beginning of the show and his only motivations as a character are greed and pride
