Of course, those Indians will use mobile phone data plans for VPN connection

to company's network and its reliability is poor.

Moving everything to India sounds like a good idea until it's actually tried.
My company has about 400,000 employees worldwide. COVID19 taught us that anything outside of the US and Europe was at great risk of being a waste when people couldn't work from within company buildings.
