when we were first quoted in 11/19 the cost of OSB was $11 a sheet

we started building 10/2020 and the cost had gone up to about $30 a sheet. Our builder said now he was paying about $39 and they expected it to keep going up.

We had a dock 12x18 quoted 3/2020 for about $4k. We had him come back out later that year and he was asking $12k for the same dock.
