Every city we look at on realtor.com, if you put in your search criteria (size, bedrooms, min & max price, etc) it will show lots of homes, but almost every one has a status of "Contingent" or "Pending." When you choose not to display homes that are already under contract, one city dropped from around 80 to 3 houses.
