As a bishop, I didn't ask for discounts, but many were given. I was more than happy to help someone whose smile was wrecked and didn't have the means to pay for it because it is a disability. It is emotionally, mentally, and socially handicapping. It is very hard to get a decent job like that. . . but implants are a luxury.
