Going to Portland this week for a few days, recommendations?

The wife and I are going to be there Thursday-Sunday. Our schedules are open. We're planning on using Uber to get around. So suggestions for things in Portland or nearby would be great.

Best hamburger place?

Mexican food?

Pizza?

Any other food recommendations?

For activities, we are thinking we will do some hiking, the Rose Garden, maybe the Zoo? Any other ideas?
