companies in the country offering a full remote position. I didn't take it. They expressed to me that they were excited for me to be full remote because I could show everyone how effective remote work could be, and expected me to work into a director-level role while being fully remote. So I dunno, that's one company, but it's more than I would have seen offering that kind of thing 5-10 years ago.
