I’m not advocating for outlawing landlording
Though I’m also not opposed to regulations that make it not so lucrative.
I’m also not sure of why there wouldn’t be demand for development without landlords. Historically, have landlords bought most of the properties in new housing developments? Do developers build 300 home communities expecting to sell 70% of them to landlords? Where’s the data on that?
