Aspirin helps avoid clots. They did covid studies showing low dose aspirin improved covid outcomes a lot. Aspirin is a blood thinner so if you are worried about clots, it should not be hard for your doctor to prescribe a blood thinner.

Headache is like the #1 most common side effect of J&J vaccine. Both my wife and I had dull headaches for a day after.
