Have a golden doodle with same problem
This soft rubber/foam ring is bar none her favorite toy. Throw and fetch all day long in the backyard. Anything of this material has held up really well and she seems to like it more so than any of the other hard plastics or rubber stuff.

I had the same issue. Get Kong stuff. Not fluffy, but basically indestructible.

Like above, Kong toys. I preferred to get my dog raw-hide stuff, though.
