Its now to the point that I no longer believe a forecast of rain. It feels to me like they are wishing, or mother nature
is just teasing us. So until the rain actually comes and lasts more than a few minutes, I no longer believe.
My lack of belief started this winter with snow and its just carrying forward. Ugh.
Anyone else have this lack of faith that it will actually rain in Utah?
