I don't like it...
* It's going to screw over the HS kids even more.
* "I need more playing time or I'll transfer" will become a thing
* Players will be approached to transfer to bigger schools (it happens now)
* The season now becomes an interview for next year.
IMHO, it will hurt a school like BYU more than help.
