Well, since I live in AZ. The weather alone would be enough to keep me away.
It is only nice 2 maybe 3 months of the year. During those months the sun goes down at 6:15pm. So I get the weekend and about 45 min after work to enjoy it (just enough to drive home and say hi to the family). In Utah it is nice 7 or 8 months of the year and the sun goes down at 9pm when it is nice. So in Utah you actually get to enjoy the good weather.

Well, since I live IN AZ. The weather alone would be worth the change. But I really hope he doesn't know that.
